1.	The Handlery is WONDERFUL! We paid for a family suite but were given a standard room. We did not discover this until we entered our room late Friday night and we're happy to have a bed for the night. The next morning the hotel staff upgraded us to a delux family suite. All of the standard family suites were occupied on our check-in Friday night. Why wasn't a family suite set aside for us? Next time we visit San Francisco we will make the reservations directly through the Handlery.

2.	An extremely well located hotel for food, shopping and touring. Nice clean rooms with a bit of character. Front desk person was especially nice as she gave us an upgrade for no real reason and let us check in early but the other staff weren't so pleasant. Overall, a good choice for our first visit to San Francisco.
