1.   Beautiful setting around a swimming pool and courtyard. Spa and restaurant onsite. Free transport to airpoty (15 mins away). Highly recommended for airport layovers. You may not be able to do anything about this, but one advantage of hard-wired ethernet is the absence of this problem. However, your tech support number was unable to work me through the connection protocol.
